2/14: pregnancy test+
I found out the doctor missed to order my blood work for thyroid function, RA, PT/PTT, Anti-Nuclear Ab, and most importantly my own genetic test/chromosome analysis, only the basic metabolic panel was done. I was very disappointed, the doctor did not really apologize as she anyway had sent my miscarriage sample for laboratory analysis. Well, but I already stressed to find out if my own chromosomes to contribute to miscarriage. She told me that the blood works could be done here today making sure nothing would be missed. So, I was drawn blood then waited for the result.
A few days later:
I got the chromosome analysis report of my little angel, it's triploidy. My blood work shows no obvious problem on thyroid function, immune system, and blood clotting.
One month after D&C:
I finally received my own chromosome analysis/karyotype, apparently everything is fine. Of course, age definitely plays a big role when it comes to pregnancy but so far all tests look fine, quite a few of friends at my age delivered healthy babies, maybe it's really fluke that what has happened?

3/5:
woke up with a bad dream, saw lots of blood but in the dream someone said it was ok… went to toilet at~7:30a.m. a quarter size red blood, freaked out, felt tender breast disappearing but then the tenderness returned an hour later. No cramp, no abdominal discomfort. Some constipation. Called OB and re-scheduled to visit today at 2:45 p.m. vaginal ultrasound captured the tiny baby, OB said the baby has good heart beats. I cried with happy tears. 6wk 2 days, due day expected on10/24.

Was advised not to do exercise, more sleep and rest, do not swimming. OB commented the placenta is at low lying position but asked me not to worry as it should move up naturally by each week in general.
Lately, usually after #2, brownish tanned discharge or mucous like small brown balls land in the toilet
3/9:
before bed time, felt left lower abdominal cramp, all night discomfort and worried.
5:30 a.m. bled about the amount of normal period blood, knew something was not right, but did not see any expelled clots or mucus-like sac, still tried to hold up the hope.
husband called the clinic and demanded to see OB.
OB said sorry that she could no longer see a heartbeat.
I did not cry when I heard that, I was calm.
When OB walked out of the room, I then started to cry and my husband hugged me with tears too.
I consented to have a D&C right at the clinic but it was too painful for me to handle so OB decided to stop it and wanted to schedule me next morning at the big hospital but there's no available time next morning so she arranged me to go through ER and she would perform D&C in the evening. Though this was not the 3rd miscarriage, usually OB will do more tests only after 3 miscarriages, OB was kind to offer my blood test for chromosome considering my age and 2 miscarriages in a row.
Very sad, very disappointed at what have just happened. I know no one could really answer me why it happened to me but I would be happy to know a cause, don't know if the blood reports will tell me anything, but I also hope there's nothing found wrong, no reason to be found, it's all just bad luck and I will carry some hope to next pregnancy. Fortunately, I have a supportive husband. I have to be strong, I am determined not to let this overly affect my life. I still have to go on.
