到底是禁止誰右轉? Street sign confused me...

一時搞不清楚...

在China Town, 發現這個告示:

[禁止右轉], 

但下面的牌子又寫, 

[除了自用車、小客車、小卡車、貨車]...

所以, 是禁止誰右轉? 

就剩下行人?腳踏車? 公車? 好困感...

為什麼要弄得那麼複雜，我開車認路都很難了，

還要看這些那麼多字的交通號誌。。

我要是開慢被叭，就是因為這樣了~.~ 

[No Right Turn]+

 [Except for cars, small vans, pickup, trucks]. 

So, I'm allowed to make a right turn, right? 

so, who else are prohibited to turn right? 

pedestrians? bikers? bus? 

Why don't they just say Bus No Right Turn? 

It's already a challenge to learn where I am going and watch the traffic,

and this sign...makes me confused!

If I was caught in the middle of the road and beeped,

 it would be due to my reading the signs, 

feeling confused, stuck,

trying to figure out if I should proceed.@.@
